Current Member Pricing:

  • Full Day: $150/week ($4/hour)
  • Half Day: $100/week ($6/hour) 

 

Non-Member Pricing:

  • Full Day: $215/week ($5/hour)
  • Half Day: $165/week ($9/hour)

    The Best Jiu-Jitsu and Striking Gym In Rochester!

    I am a competitive martial artist and I’ve been training my whole life across different countries. I’ve encountered Rochester Top Team many times in tournaments, and even though I was not a member, they took to my corner and coached me through my matches when I didn’t have anyone with me. Aside from their unreal skill level, these are good people that simply do the right thing.

    These great experiences with the team led me to visit Rochester just to train with them, and the moment I walked in, I was shocked at how well equipped the facility was. The owner Danny did such a great job setting this gym up when they opened.

    Walking into the gym even as a BJJ blue belt, I encountered so many different looks in such a wide variety of styles and body types and I learned so much in just a couple of days with them. What stood out the most is that no matter the intensity, at no point was I worried about getting hurt. Everyone here is so safe to work with.

    The atmosphere is incredibly positive and everyone is just a great vibe. Three hour sessions just flew by and I was having so much fun I lost track of time.

    If I lived in Rochester, this would be my main gym. That would be regardless of whether I continue to compete as I am doing, or whether I am doing this for a hobby. This place is beyond excellent and I recommended not only to competitors, but even adults wanting to get in shape or learn fight skills.

    The energy in the gym is always super positive — you can really feel it as soon as you walk in. The coach (Danny) sets the tone perfectly. He does an amazing job making everyone feel included, and he’s very approachable, personable, and transparent.

    Danny’s Muay Thai classes cover everything — technique, conditioning, and even the clinch. He’s a well-rounded practitioner and coach, and honestly, it’s impressive how humble he is given all of his professional accomplishments across Muay Thai and BJJ. The workouts will definitely get you into shape too.

    He’s also fantastic with kids — he knows how to make the classes fun, engaging, and age-appropriate while still teaching discipline and skill. I really look forward to getting my children involved in the gym when they’re ready because I know they’ll be in great hands.

    Whether you’re looking to get fit, learn self-defense, train recreationally, or compete, there’s truly a place for everyone here. I highly recommend this gym and couldn’t be happier training here.
