Women's Self-Defense Seminar
A Greater Rochester native and former Infantry Machine Gunner in the United States Marine Corps, John has dedicated his post-military career to self-defense and security operations. His background includes MCMAP green belt instructor status, over five years of Israeli defensive tactics, four years of Muay Thai, and additional Jiu-Jitsu training.
Driven by a passion for teaching, John continues to expand his skillset through advanced training organizations such as Orion Training Group and Sheepdog Response. His diverse experience gives him a unique and practical approach to real-world self-defense.
John is now building Protectors Initiative—a program designed for civilians, first responders, security personnel, and healthcare workers. With support from Rochester Top Team and mentorship from Danny Waters, Protectors Initiative aims to empower individuals with the confidence and skills to handle everyday passive and active threats.
